Refunds & Returns

Thank you for your purchase from Jade's Groovy Crochet.

I accept full refunds on our ready-to-ship products up to 14 days after purchase for damaged items only, the item must be in the same condition in which it was received. 

Once we receive the product it will be inspected the refund processed using the same method in which payment was made. Please note card payments may take up to a few days to process.

If the product is returned outside the 14 day period, no refund will be issued.

Refunds will not be accepted for incorrect sizing, all item listings contain detailed descriptions of measurements. If you have any question regarding measurements and your specific size please get in contact with me via the website form. 

Custom products will not be accepted for refund as dimensions and specifications will be finalised before shipment. Photo updates of the design process will be sent during creation. 

Exchanges are not accepted. 

 

Please note I do not accept refunds for change of mind.
