PACKAGING MATERIALS
Courier packing is sourced from R3pack and varies depending on order size.
Compostable Courier Bags for larger orders- tote bags, clothing, mushie plushies. These are certified home and commercially compostable.
Recycled Paper Mailers for smaller orders- scrunchies, hats, small plant homes. These are made of recycled and FSC certified paper and can be both recycled or composted.

REFUNDS & RETURNS
I do not accept refunds for change of mind.
I accept full refunds on my ready-to-ship products up to 14 days after purchase for damaged items only, the item must be in the same condition in which it was received.
Once I receive the product it will be inspected, and payment refunded using the same method in which payment was made. Please note card payments may take up to a few days to process.
If the product is returned outside the 14 day period, no refund will be issued.
Refunds will not be accepted for incorrect sizing, all item listings contain detailed descriptions of measurements. If you have any question regarding measurements and your specific size please get in contact with me via the website form.
Custom products will not be accepted for refund as dimensions and specifications will be finalised before full payment & shipment.
Exchanges are not accepted.
